I had a very disappointing and worst experience with this clinic. (Dr. Ankur Sarin & Dr. jushya sarin) Initially, Dr. Ankur assured me that my acne and acne spots would significantly improve within 2 months, and completely clear within 4 months with 4 peels. The full payment for the peels was taken in advance. However, even after following all the prescribed medications and undergoing the peels, there was no improvement at all. For the first 3 months, I was under Dr. Ankur’s treatment, but since there was no progress, my case was later handled by Dr. Jushya. I continued the treatment for another 2 months with her, but unfortunately, there was still no improvement. If they were not able to treat my condition effectively, I don’t understand why such strong commitments were made in the first place. It feels very misleading. Based on their assurances, I also referred two of my family members to this clinic, and they too started treatment. Now I regret that decision, as their experience has also not been satisfactory. Additionally, there is a lack of responsiveness—messages are often ignored, and there is no proper follow-up or accountability. Overall, this has been a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this clinic to others.
